You are welcome to return it for exchange with in 7 days as long as the quality tag is still on has not been worn.

• Avoid shampooing your hair for at least 48 hours after tape in application.
• Try not to use heavy hydrating shampoos, as they contain high doses of silicones or oils.
• This is not good for your Exclusive hair panels.
• We would recommend a professional sulphate free shampoo.
• When shampooing, try not to matt or twist your Exclusive lengths.
• Wash in a downward motion (milking) and squeeze gently.
• After application, press Exclusive hair panels together to reaffirm bondage.
• Always use heat protection.
• Don’t apply heat (flat iron) to taped panels.
• Make sure your flat iron heat does not exceed 200 degrees Celsius.
• Brush your Exclusive lengths thrice a day morning, noon and evening.
• Always store your hair in a satin bag packed away in your Exclusive hair box.

In the unlikely event of a challenge or discrepancy
ECH offers a 7 day cash refund on unused hair in the original packaging provided there is no, damage to the hair or the packaging.

For hygienic reasons we may not accept hair that has been used.

EHC does not refund or exchange hair that has been cut.

EHC does not refund or exchange hair that has been chemically treated (colour/dyed).

Should there be a concern or defects around the quality of the hair
e.g tape in panel’s, clip-in clips ponytails ties or weave sewing.

EHC will require 14 working days to investigate the hair quality.

Should we discover a problem EHC will replace or refund the client.

EHC is not responsible for any courier charges on purchases and returns.

Should there be a defect with the adhesive of the tape EHC will compensate the client with a full re-taping service.

Your warranty does not cover 

• Incorrect installation
• Any alteration/removal with negligence
• usage of incorrect after care 
• High heat temperatures used on EHC lengths and panels
